Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, but unfortunately, they were incredibly cold each day, leaving guests to bundle up with scarves. The staff was very nice and went above-and-beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, with amazing Christmas decorations, but some areas needed updating. The dining experience, although tasty, lacked clear communication on brunch timings. Overall, a great place marred only by the lack of notice about ongoing construction.
The hotel's rooms were very clean and continuously maintained, although they could be bigger for the price. A warning and possible rate reduction would have been appreciated. The service went over and beyond expectations, with thoughtful amenities like strawberries and chocolate in the room. The location is close to attractions at Branson, offering easy access to the highway. Although the dining could be overpriced, the food quality at the Chateau was amazing. The facilities overall were good, with a mix of positive and negative aspects.
